Gerard Holland is the Director of Outreach and Strategic Partnerships at the Alliance for Responsible Citizenship. Before joining the ARC team Gerard ran the secretariat for the Legatum Institute's Transformation of Society programme and advised as a speech writer for CEO Baroness Philippa Stroud.
